Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Sneakers
Place your unworn Bathu sneakers back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
